3. Customised Products

Customised or personalised items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, designs, sizes, and spelling are accurate before approval.

4. Design Rights

We reserve the right to refuse any design that:

• Infringes copyright or trademarks

• Contains offensive or inappropriate material

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to demand or external factors. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services.

7. Liability

We shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Delays beyond our control

• Customer-submitted errors in customised products
